Dr. Angela Riznyk-Bosworth is a WNY native and the daughter of Dr. Peter Riznyk. She graduated from Orchard Park High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of NY College at Geneseo. She then completed her graduate education at the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, IL where she graduated top of her class.
Dr. Riznyk-Bosworth also practices at BVC Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Clinic where she treats diabetic foot ulcers as well as other complex wounds of the foot and ankle. She also oversees hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Dr. Riznyk-Bosworth is a member in good standing with the American Podiatric Medical Association and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both Foot and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery.
Kathryn Nguyen is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Adult Health from the University of Rochester and is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Kathryn began her nursing career in oncology, where she developed a strong foundation in complex clinical care and a deep appreciation for supporting patients and their families through challenging times. She has a special interest in wound care and is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal healing and improved quality of life through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.
Kathryn values building meaningful relationships with her patients and creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and actively involved in their care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs, and being outdoors.
Jenna graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology where she received her Combined Bachelor/Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2022. She is a board-certified physician assistant. Since that time, she has practiced inpatient medicine at Buffalo General Hospital. She seeks to use her knowledge and compassion towards others to provide exceptional patient care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, snowboarding, photography, painting, music, sporting events (Go Bills!) and spending time with her friends and family.
I am a passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner who is committed to providing excellent patient care. I earned my degree of Master in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Michigan. I am board certified by and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (FNP-BC). I love working with patients and their caregivers to achieve wound healing goals and optimal health through a multidisciplinary approach.
Reshada Lekperic is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about patient-centered care. Reshada earned her degree of Master Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) D’Youville College and holds certifications in FNP-BC. She is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her empathetic approach and commitment to continuous learning, Reshada strives to empower patients with knowledge and compassionate care.
Tiffany Card is an accomplished certified Physician Assistant with a comprehensive background and strong track record of delivering exceptional patient care. Graduating from D’Youville College with a dual B.S./M.S. degree, Tiffany possesses a robust academic foundation in human anatomy, physiology, and medical ethics. Certified by NCCPA and licensed in New York, Tiffany upholds the highest standards of patient care and safety.
With nearly two decades of clinical experience, Tiffany has excelled in various roles. Her expertise spans hand surgery, orthopedic urgent care, and total joints, demonstrating adaptability and leadership. She excels in diagnostic interpretation, medical decision-making, and procedural skills, including injections, splinting, casting, and surgical assistance.
Tiffany is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, consistently seeking opportunities for professional growth and development. She is also a member of SIR.
Outside of her medical endeavors, Tiffany enjoys family life, supporting her children’s sporting activities, and sharing cherished moments with her husband. She is also engaged in the world of dog shows and performance dog sports, showcasing her passion for canine companionship with their German shorthaired pointer, Kali.
Erin Paone, RPA-C has earned both her Bachelors in Heath Science and Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Daemen College. Erin is a New York State Registered Physician Assistant and is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. Her professional career includes prior experience in family medicine. Erin is dedicated to quality patient care. Patient education is a priority for Erin as it is important for patients to make informed decisions regarding their treatment. She looks forward to her career at Buffalo Vascular Care.
