Meet the speakers

Dr. Taylor Hoff is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, but is now proud to call Buffalo home. She is a partner at Buffalo Medical Group and also provides inpatient care at several local hospitals. She practices all aspects of podiatry including elective surgery and limb salvage. In her spare time, she is active in the Buffalo arts community and enjoys oil painting.

Dr. Benjamin Zwierzchowski is a family medicine physician with Buffalo Medical Group, where he currently serves as medical chair of quality improvement on the board of directors. A lifelong Buffalo native, Dr. Zwierzchowski completed his entire medical training in Western New York, graduating from the Jacobs School of Medicine at the University at Buffalo in 2018 and completing his residency in Family Medicine at the same institution, where he served as chief resident. He earned his master's degree in Interdisciplinary Research Sciences from the University at Buffalo, which included research experience in the tobacco research department at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. He completed his undergraduate degree in cell and molecular biology at SUNY Binghamton.

Deeply committed to improving the health of his community, Dr. Zwierzchowski served as physician site ambassador for the Save A Leg Save a Life community screening event in May 2026, alongside his wife Allison, and will continue to lead multidisciplinary efforts to reduce health disparities and expand access to care in Western New York. He resides in Amherst with Allison and their two daughters.
