Procedure
VenaSeal™
Venous closure procedure using glue. A thin tube (catheter) is inserted into the vein; using ultrasound guidance, surgical grade glue is then injected through the tube causing the vein to close and blood is diverted into healthy veins.
How it works
A catheter is inserted directly into the diseased vein and injects the VenaSeal® adhesive to seal the vein.
