With nearly two decades of clinical experience, Tiffany has excelled in various roles. Her expertise spans hand surgery, orthopedic urgent care, and total joints, demonstrating adaptability and leadership. She excels in diagnostic interpretation, medical decision-making, and procedural skills, including injections, splinting, casting, and surgical assistance.
Tiffany is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, consistently seeking opportunities for professional growth and development. She is also a member of SIR.
Outside of her medical endeavors, Tiffany enjoys family life, supporting her children’s sporting activities, and sharing cherished moments with her husband. She is also engaged in the world of dog shows and performance dog sports, showcasing her passion for canine companionship with their German shorthaired pointer, Kali.
Miles Sumner, MS, PA-C, CWS, RD is a D’Youville University graduate, class of 2012 from the Physician Assistant (PA) program, who has been practicing as a PA-C ever since. Most of my career as a PA has been spent in wound care and infectious disease. I am board certified as a PA through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant’s and a certificated wound specialist (CWS) through the American board of Wound Management. Additionally, I have practiced as a Registered Dietitian (RD) and have maintained my RD credentials with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Erin Paone, RPA-C has earned both her Bachelors in Heath Science and Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Daemen College. Erin is a New York State Registered Physician Assistant and is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. Her professional career includes prior experience in family medicine. Erin is dedicated to quality patient care. Patient education is a priority for Erin as it is important for patients to make informed decisions regarding their treatment. She looks forward to her career at Buffalo Vascular Care.
